Attmptd. Car bomb in NYC
A car bomb was found parked near a Bank of America in Times Square, New York City. The suspicious vehicle was reported by a t-shirt vendor around 6:30 PM Saturday, during the height of the dinner and theater crowd in the area. Smoke was seen coming from the vehicle after it apparently malfunctioned when it was supposed to have detonated. Police removed the van after evacuating Times Square for 10 hours.
